    My wife has a Playbook and I have the new Z10. From her Playbook she can contact me on my Z10 via BBM and do video chats but I can not add her to my BBM contacts list on the Z10. I have tried sending Invites from my Z10 to her PIN number for the Playbook but to no avail. Is there a simply solution to this situation or am I doing something wrong here?

    I believe you have to add her bbid email to your contacts.

    I have both her bbid and pin in her contacts info on my phone but still not working.
