BBM down suddenly as of over an hour ago on Passport. I send and it just gives check mark. yet some if not most droids actually are getting the message. yet when they try to send back it does not come back to bb. I am also having this happen BB to BB.

One of my contacts said It wasn't working. But we just chatted and it was fine. I think the other person is on BB10. I'm on Priv.

I am having the same problem as the original poster. No BBM to BBM on OS10. Shows only the check mark at my end after sending a message. Recipient confirms not received at their end.

I have 8 happy BBM contacts ( never tried Whatsapp) .
Test: took 4 minutes for message from my Z30 to my wife's S7 to arrive but her reply from the S7 to my Z30 was instant. Repeat test was instantly received, both ways, a minute later. We are on different carriers in Atlantic Canada.

I'm on a BB10 Z30 on Verizon, I've tried to message 10 BBM contacts,mixed between BB10 and Android, only one of them semi-works, they are on a Android S4 phone, but the messages are severely delayed, most don't show they have been read, but I get a reply. The other 9 do not show delivered and I have gotten no reply. One friend with a Priv Facebook messaged me to tell me he was getting my messages, but he could not reply. My wife has a Z10 and neither of us can message each other at all. This just started a few hours ago. I use BBM exclusively for messaging, so this is a serious issue for me. It also appears that groups are not working. In short, this has to be a BBM server issue, affecting all platforms, that's my best guess anyway.

I have the same problem, since 3:45 pm EST. Message BBZ10 to BBZ10 and haven't received any D or R. Is it a hurry and wait. Use this as primary communication. Feedback anyone?

I have confirmed in USA across multiple carriers;
BB10 -> Android: works
Android -> BB10: doesn't work
BB10 -> iOS: works
iOS -> BB10: doesn't work
BlackBerry -> BlackBerry: doesn't work

Friends in Canada stating BlackBerry -> BlackBerry working.

First noticed this afternoon about 15:20. Have about 20 contacts ... about 8-10 regulars. Nothing going through ... only check mark.

In NE Oklahoma and NW Arkansas. BBM is the only messenger my family uses ... so yes, we are missing it.
