    I say BlackBerry should enable the dark theme for the whole OS (like the Q10 had).

    You're the only one doing that here. Everybody else is expressing their opinion on the issue.

    But I'll help you understand: It is a lot easier on they eye to read on a black screen with white letters.

    I don't care for the dark theme. Plus, on the Z10, the dark theme uses more battery than on an amoled screen like the Z30 and the Q10 has.

    That's true. AMOLED screens make better use of blacks than LED screens. I personally don't mind the drop on battery life though, I'm far more concerned with extending my eye sight.

    The dark theme is much, much better IMHO...

    As said above it just needs extending to the whole OS. Once you've gone to the dark side it looks really harsh in the light theme...

    I agree. I have as much as possible (calendar, BBM) and wish I could get text and email on the dark theme as well. As others have said, it's easier on the eyes. I don't mind that it makes no difference on the battery life of my Z10 and like having more dark theme on the Q10.
