    Anyone else experiencing this? I cannot open Bbm since updating. It just auto closes instantly.

    Running 10.2.1.176 leak on att z10 stl1003

    New BBM is not working on early leaks. Try. An update to the latest. There are threads here discussing the issue.

    This is seriously pissing me off. Installing leaks basically wiped my phone and I can't afford to do that. But now Bbm doesn't work. Such garbage.

    I'm not having any issues. It lagged a bit after downloading and then it wouldn't come up but it's fine now. I guess it just has to set in to put in the new features. I'm on 10.1 still.

    Right, if I hadn't installed the leak I wouldn't even be able to get the new Bbm. So damned if I do damned if I don't right? Thanks for your help.

    There's nothing wrong with installing leaks.. but not if you are going to complain when things don't work, or aren't compatible with other apps and call things garbage.. leaks are user beware. BlackBerry isn't responsible for compatibility issues with software they never intended anyone to use..

    If you want the new BBM, you'll need to upgrade to 10.2.1.1925 . you can use Sashei to do so without wiping your phone if your carrier hasn't released it yet.

    Was that so hard? I am just frustrated I didn't mean to be aggressive. I am stuck with an upgraded Bbm that doesn't work and no way to go back. I will try sachesi.

    Try sideloading the .bar, reboot and test it. Then try upgrading again...
