I enter contact address information into the various spots but after saving the entire address ends up being placed in the, 'address 1' spot. What's going on and how do I stop it?

Same here. Not sure when or why it changed. If I enter an address in my Outlook or Gmail, it syncs all to one line on my device as you stated.

I think it may have to do with BIS syncing.
