    What charger?
    What phone?

    If removable (Z10, Q10...), is the battery swollen?
    How old is the battery?

    You can try a lower amp charger and lots of time OR a 2000mA charger (like the PlayBook one). Some batteries need a bit of a kick when really down, and the PB charger can provide that.

    Yes a number of things you can try. Agree with all of the above, as well as just swapping with a new battery if it's removable.

    Did it just happen out of the blue? Or did the battery run all the way down, or updating the OS, etc...tell us more.
