    1st had to redo my account on here

    OK Tried the software update today and since then I have had nothing but problems with my BB. It has taken out all of my contact and it will no longer let me connect to the desktop manager so that I can re-sync everything. My calendar is still there as well as some of my text messages from today, but my contacts are gone in my phone. Can someone point me in the right direction?
