My phone ran out of battery and I plugged it in to the wall charger. After a couple hours, it still showed that it had a low battery life, and it even said that phone radio was off because the power was too low. The lightening bolt icon even indicated that it was "charging."
I then pulled the battery for a moment and put it back it.
The bolt icon shows, but after a while, it still shows that it has a low battery life. But it is now able to make calls and such.
...I don't know what is wrong with my phone and what I should do.
How long have you had your BB? It may be that the battery is reaching the end of its life and needs to be replaced. If changing the charger doesn't work, try changing the battery.
Maybe you're not charging with the higher amount of current and your phone is drawing more power than you are outputting with the charger. Try killing all apps (Pandora, Slacker, anything) besides the five default RIM ones and see if it works then.
