I have an end user that has a BB that was used in an Enterprise setting and now would like to use with BB Internet service. We have tried to configure sync but keep getting message that wireless sync would have to be disabled. We attempted to turn the setting for wirelss off and also restart computer, pop off BB battery and attempt to resync but no luck. Any ideas on how to change the device settings?
