My tour will randomly crash with a fully charged battery and take hours to reboot. Once it crashes, usually the red light stays on for a minute, then goes off. Sometimes the loading clock will come up like its about to reboot but then stops. Eventually, the phone will turn back on but one time this took 8 hours. Does this sound like a phone problem or should I just go ahead and buy a new battery? Anyone had this happen before? Thanks

I didn't know if anyone knew of a recall on these batteries or if resetting the phone would do any good.

Start with the simple first: Get a new battery.

I use to have an issue with battery going from full to dead. New battery fixed that issue
