    As far as all the beta's available for the BB 8320. I've got service thru T-Mobile so if Orange comes out with an official OS release for a BB 8320 can I download it and be fine ? If so, will there be any noticeable difference in the OS since its from Orange and not T-Mobile ?

    Yes, it's fine. Just delete the Vendor XML file and you'll be fine.
