Hello, I can't seem to find it on the site can someone show me the forum or link that I can use to download the old OS because anytime I am on my phone talking it shuts ALL the way off and won't turn on unless I take the battery out and put it back in then it takes for ever to power back up. I downloaded the ne 4.5 os and a few themse along with apps i am going to remove it all but i can't find where the OS 4.3 is..HELP

If AT&T does not make previous OS versions available, you can still find them from the other carriers.

Check the Rogers link, I know they keep the previous versions.

I just checked the site and AT&T does have the original OS.
