Hi all, I'm wondering whether i'm being really really thick here.

Recently got my Curve, mate has a Storm. So i got her email address and invited her on BB messenger but she appears as pending contacts, she says she's invited me and i'm in her pending. Neither of us had had a mail or anything to say we've been invited. I'm confused.

EVEN better, when i click on the pending contacts it says "Email <me>" or "MMS <me> like it's me on the contact.

I can't help feeling i'm being a bit dumb.

Any help?

Do you have the blackberry data plan? Seems like a dumb question but this seems to be the problem with "pending" contacts, someone doesn't have the blackberry data plan.

Maybe try doing it with the PIN numbers instead. That usually works for me.

I would recommend the PIN route if you both have data plans.
