    I got the unlimited IM/Email addon for my Storm 2 , when i started out, i was able to receive emails, but later on that day, when i get notification that i got an email through MSN, my BB seem not to get the email. Why is this? Thanks

    The "unlimited IM/Email addon" .... is that an actual BlackBerry/BIS Data Plan?

    When did you get the plan?
    How long was it "working" before it stopped working?
    Have done a battery pull?
    Have you tried sending the Service Books?

    yes its a blackberry plan from fido, yes, it was working before, and BBM still works right now.

    i have sent service books yes, the list is full. also done a battery pull
