So when I go to load a web page, the initial content loads fairly quick, or so the progress bar appears, but then it always gets stuck on the "Running Script" part of the web page. So what is this, how does one not do it, is it reuqired, and is there any way to make it faster.
JavaScript... sometimes needed for adding dynamic content to a website, often times used for ads and other unnecessary stuff. Turn off JavaScript support in Browser > Options > Browser Configuration. If a website does not work properly due to JavaScript disabled, use the 'j' shortcut to refresh the page with JavaScript support.
