    I am still on the priv and love it but would like to u[grade to the next device. The Dtek 60 never came to my provider and I am waiting on the Aurora.

    Never. It's not intended for the North American market at all. It's built for the Indonesian market.

    TCL does have plans for other devices... one would assume they will be all touch devices as that is what 99% of the market is buying. And as BlackBerry phases out of hardware, replacements of the DTEKs will need to be made available.

    But going forward there will be devices released in India and Indonesia that we will not see... and they may not get all of TCL's devices.

    The radios in it would give it very limited (often useless) connectivity in Canada or most of the world, so even importing it wouldn't make sense.

    TCL is the only one with a worldwide license to make BB-branded phones.
