    I just upgraded from a first generation BB Storm to a Verizon Bold.

    I synch my BB with MS Outlook 2007. My intial synch went well. However, when I went to synch today, the items that I inputted on the BB did not transfer to Outlook. When I tried to re-synch, I was asked to confirm that I wanted to transfer 2400 items to my BB, which would have resulted in duplicates for everything on my calender.

    I did receive a message along the way indicating that my device default settings were changed since the time of my first synch.

    I had this problem once before on my Storm, but now I have a newer version of Desktop Manager, so I do not how to fix this.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    In the same boat....
    I tried everything and researched for days, I can't figure it out, I have about 20 + hours wrapped up in this and still stumped.
    My contacts sync no problem, Outlook goes to the 9650, but the 9650 does not go to Outlook 2007.
