Hello all.

I have a few questions. I just got my bb 8130 Pearl a few days ago. I am not ultra impressed with the battery life. I talked on the phone for about an hour and got a flash that the battery was low. Should it last longer? Also my battery led light flashes green. My manual shows it should flash amber/yellow. Anyone else get a green LED?

Was the phone fully charged when you began using it? Usually new phones do not come fully charged.

Green indicates it is on and in a service area, yellow- low batt, red- new message, blue- bluetooth on.

yeah, try charging it all the way.

also, if you have a lot of applications open, that could also be draining you battery life.
