    My battery goes off with juice remaining ie. 24% tried all the solutions in the forums I've just got the phone on 1st August 2014 help! Plz

    Sorry, but if you tried ALL the solutions we have to offer in the forums.... you need to take it back to the Store and get a new one.

    stl-1 is so difficult. You should have gotten the stl-3.

    I would try 3 thing:

    1. Make sure the back door on the z10 is a snug fit.

    2. Buy a new battery. Could try buying an OEM or even a higher MaH from someone.

    3. Reload OS

    I've reload the os checked the battery from the center they say it's okay the fault is in the os maybe the next os 10.3 would fix this bug but when it's gonna release
