Batch upload of contacts to Multiple Blackberries

My company is looking for a way to do a batch upload of a specific set of contacts to all Blackberry users so that they can then be used to voice dial if needed. We would like to load a contact list from our Global Address book. Is there a program that can push the contacts to all Blackberry users and while doing so, if there are duplicates, give a warning message or have a default response for those duplicates.

If any one has any suggestions or knows of a specific product that can do this it would be greatly appreciated!!

any BES with an exchange server can do this.
