Hello,
My connector to my BB is no good. Well I think that is what it is called. The place where you charge the phone.
OK I need to Download all my info to my laptop. you know a back up. Is there a way for me to do this?
I really need my information. There has to be away for to back up all the things I want.
contacts, messages,BBM, memo pad, calender,
Dont really care about the 3rd party apps but they would be nice to save.

The connector is a mini USB port.
If it has broken, there is no way to connect to your lap top for backup. If you have not saved a previous backup, you have a serious problem.
If that is the case, look into Google Sync. It in an Over the Air solution that should salvage your contacts and calender.
I haven't tried it yet, but I think you can use Desktop Manager to do Bluetooth based backups.
You should be able to use Bluetooth for the backup. However, it does not work to backup on-board device memory. It is slower than using a USB cable.
