Hi

I recently did a clean wipe & reload of the OS. Beforehand I did a complete backup using desktop mgr. etc...

When I restored from backup I notice that some things are gone/missing. For example: my password keeper application and data are gone. I am sure I can reload the application, but it's the data I care about.

Am wondering: when I backup...aren't I backing up everything? Did a miss a checkbox or something?

I don't use Password Keeper because there's no way to import or export its data. You might try using ABC to see if it can recover your missing file. Get it here: ABC Amber BlackBerry Convertor

If you are able to recover your password keeper backup, please post what worked for you.
