I was trying to backup my bb today and whenever it got to messages google talk I received a error message how can I fix this???

i tried them both neither one worked i even deleted alot of apps still not working the backup would freeze on different parts then i would get error message failed to backup what else can i try???

Clear out your browser cache. Start up the Browser, press the BB button, select Options, then Cache Operations, then clear them all. THEN try the backup again.
