is there any way to backup my contacts on my 8330? I was told a memory card will not work. I am afraid to lose them all is something happens to the phone.

Yes, with desktop manager. Connect BB to pc and open DM. You'll see back up.

You can back up your phone using desktop manager. It is the CD that came with your phone.

yes hook up to your comp using desktop manager and run the backup/restore function. it creates a file on your comp for you to load back on if something happens

I set mine to auto update every 7 days. You can do lots of stuff with DM!
