I am with T-mobile and I know for the last few hours, I have not been able to get online, send IMs or anything. I have gprs instead of upper caps EDGE.
I called RIM and they told me, "maybe there is an eagle on the tower, we dont know why you have an outage, why dont you find a computer near you and work? In the olden days before b berry, we used computers didnt we?"
I asked her then why should I pay for a service which wont work and she then directs me to a comp and said sorry, give it 72 hours and if nothing happens, then we will look further into it!!!
Who else is getting outages?

I have never had an issue with my berry for over 1 year and then this today? Insane!!
hey everyone...i am with verizon and it seems like i can't send out any emails they are just showing up with red x's...has anyone heard anything else...
Commonly, my phone shoes EDGE on the top Right, since this morning, it is on GPRS. Has anyone else noticed the same? T-mobile said there is a global issue but it is not confirmed, they are just getting random calls and their techs are looking to confirm that.

Im on a BES and having issues in ct, slow delivery of email, only on BES account though. BIS accounts (gmail, yahoo) working fine or fine-ish. bizzare..
