    I have been using this product for about a month now thru the trial period with no issues. I flew into Houston this week and every time I have traveled across the city I have to hard reboot my Torch. I put in one of my address, it goes to find the route ok them when it comes time to navigate it locks up and gives me an error code about not being able to connect to the server. I have 4 plus bars of 3G service. Is this typical service of the product in major cities?

    I seem to have that same exact issue at least once a week. Of course it always happens when I have to be at a meeting or an appointment and a actually need the app to work. For me it usually works itself out in five to ten minutes and runs fine the rest of the day.
