If I found a theme I want on the internet how do I apply it to my phone?

It depends. If it's an OTA theme, you have to click on the OTA link from your phone and it'll download directly to the phone.
If it's not an OTA theme, you have to download it to your computer, and install it via Desktop Manager.
Once you do either of those things, you'd go to Options, Themes, and select the theme.
