application troubles. please help.. fast!

i accidentally changed the settings on FourSquare to not allow access to a few things (i have no idea how/why i did that) and now my phone is stuck on a screen that says

the application FourSquare has attempted to open a file connection
which is not allowed by the application's permissions.

every time i click "ok" the screen automatically pops back up prohibiting me from accessing any menus or clicking on anything. i have zero access to anything basically.

i have rebooted my phone several times in hopes that foursquare will quit and stop trying to connect but nothing has worked.

i am at a loss. i have zero clue what to do. any suggestions before i go running to the closest verizon store?
