All blackberry's have a locked bootloader that hasn't been hacked in a long time. You'll never root or hack one that way. If you want to play with rooting I suggest getting an android.

There are many many threads on this. I suggest you look at them. I myself have put many in depth descriptions on why this is not possible
To put it simply, the runtime is part of the OS, so to hack it you would have to go through the OS itself. Because the OS itself has 1 process (maybe they even removed it) that runs as root, everything else runs as user, you essentially have no way in.
And no, it isn't possible to modify the runtime before you install it onto the form. To do so, you essentially need to identify BB's own signing key, which is near impossible

Just to put things into context, QNX was once rooted by xsacha and CMW on PBOS pre-2.0.0.7179
Even with root, you could only install certain apps, like google play at the time. But what couldn't be run by the runtime still wouldn't run. So it's pointless.
