i am using the dm that came on the cd i tried to install another one earlier and it was to big of a pain so i put the one on the cd back on the computer and it works
Go to that file location I gave you. On your PC go to start then my computer then from there go to program files then common files then research in motion then app loader......scroll all the way to the bottom. What is the last file in that list? Make sure there is no entry for "vendor.xml"
You need to tell us what version of Desktop Manager you are using. We don't know what version came on your CD. Older version typically will give you problems when you try to use them with the newer OS update.
I dont know what version it is how do i find out, it doesnt say on the cd. and that file path i dont know how to find it go to start and what my computer my desk top my what? where?. Well I am out of here at 430 so i will have to check in with you wonderful people tonight
