trying out 10.2 . You are doing yourself SERIOUS disservice. 10.2 is just awesome. I use my phone for work so i do not like to install leaks but 10.2.0.1767 is supposedly be the gold version and i decided to try it out

It is night and day. The apps not just run faster, they run way faster. the experience is way better. Now if i only could get Z30

Anyone thinking of switching is not doing it because an app runs slow on 10.1.... it's because they don't have the apps they want to run and 10.2 hasn't changed that yet.

Sideloading is still our only option for many apps we are missing, and most of the apps that I wanted in the past, still don't work now with the 4.2 runtime. And truth be told, I think 4.2 is slower with several of my sideloaded apps... might be because they are never versions that are designed for 4.2 and are somehow better.


But I agree that 10.2.0.1767 is the best version of BB10 that I have seen to date...

i've got to tell you. if blackberry goes under i am stocking up on those cheap Z10 and Z30s because 10.2 OS is really something. Android apps run very well on it. Apps that work but had some issues here and there do not have issues anymore, apps that run slowly run much master now. this is really great os.

I'm thinking of switching from a Q10 to a Z30. As much as I like having a physical keyboard, I feel that this OS was designed with full touchscreen in mind.

How stupid it is.

VoIP client, SMS blocker, even wallpaper changer stops working as soon as active frame is automatically or accidentally closed. It's ridiculous. No sane OS designer could make it up

I've got to say this. 10.2 is so good that it feels almost wrong for Blackberry to go away. This is first time that they actually nailed it. Android apps run very well. I mean I just played Angry Birds Star Wars 2 on my Z10 !. Instagram is flying. Most importantly android apps feel like part of BB10 now because of the way system was redesigned.

Good for you! I hope you enjoy your new phone. While I'm sure the S4 is a great phone Android isn't for me. I simply do not enjoy it compared to my experience with BB10.

I have loaded 10.2 for sometime now and it is amazing. I have no desire to try another phone except the Z30.

I would definitely recommend you try it but if not that's cool as I get that maybe BB10 isn't for you
