I was thinking of ordering some spare faceplates from sw-box.com, I am wondering if anyone has experience ordering from them or any other chinese importer? They say there may be a customs charge once the items go through customs, I am wondering if this is typical and the average cost. Thanks for any info you have!

I just placed my first order with sw-box.com last week and am waiting on its arrival. There are many positive reviews of them in the forums. I have also used cnn.cn and was pleased with the product and shipping. There wasn't a customs charge for either of my purchases, so I cannot speak to that.
