    For the last week, any time I try to send an email through my AOL accounts, the email just hangs and never actually sends. When I try to edit the settings for the account I'm told that its not possible and to try again later.

    You'll have to manually configure it using the POP3 settings instead. A quick web search (recommend duckduckgo or anything but google, if at all) will reveal the settings on aol's American side, which is global.

    The sad part is, they changed their IMAP settings since two days ago, and it is no longer compatible. Guess we need to contact AOL technical support via e-mail and alert them of this change, so it can be resolved ASAP. I had to manually configure the damn thing today after getting tired of checking using the browser.

    Typed using my BlackBerry Passport running the latest QNX software release 10.3.3 on Freedom Mobile DC-HSPA+
