    I find that when I changed my password, I was able to validate my account using the new password, but now it says that my account information is incorrect, but the account is still "valid".

    I also didn't get some notifications via email as I should have on a different account that seems to be working.

    Anyone else with issues?

    ive had no email issues today. try resending your service books to ensure the email is properly set up and registered.

    I think my new password was too similar to the old?

    All other accounts working fine. I deleted that yahoo account and added it back, and it still wouldn't accept the password, neither online (BIS) nor on the phone.

    I changed my password yet again to something very different, and it accepted it this time and the phone is receiving messages.

    Weird. But I'm glad that it's working!

    yea resending your service books or setting up the email again will most likely fix the issue.
