    I am in Palo Alto, CA and no one can make calls on any 3g device (call failed) now all the Bolds and Iphones are on EDGE which works fine.

    Yep, sf area. For the last two days on two different phones (Nokia 5800 + Xperia X1) the mobile network has been dying completely off and on.

    It connects but no data transfers. Then after a while it comes back. Something must be going on. Already sent an email to AT&T.

    Calls from the San Jose area have been fine.

    I haven't been having call issues though. But the mobile network has been cutting out severely (either in certain areas or at certain times, hard for me to tell which it is).
