I'm curious if anyone has had recent problems with shopblackberry.com? About two weeks ago I purchased a white Z30. I got a confirmation # and I can see my credit card was charged. As of yet I still have not seen a shipping notice or tracking number. Last night I used the help contact method on the site and finally got a response this afternoon.

"Thank you for contacting the BlackBerry online store.

We apologize for the inconvenience; unfortunately the product that you
ordered is currently out of stock. Although we do not have an estimated
arrival date, we are working to obtain more stock as soon as possible.

As soon as we receive your product, your order will be promptly shipped
and you will be notified via email. Your patience is greatly
appreciated. "

My problem is that the Z30 is currently listed as in stock in both colours. I decided to call and see. If they could give me some more insight. The person I spoke with read me back the email verbatim. Basically they want me to sit around and wait until they have more information.

I know BlackBerry uses a third party to handle shopblackberry.com but I fear this is tarnishing the brand I have loved for nearly decade. They should at least update the site so as not to be misleading.

Anyone have a cs contact at BlackBerry that might be able to help me find out what's happening with my purchase?

My orders with digital river went bad with wrong shipping delivery service, and a combination of poor communication, or none at all. I avoid digital river and use Amazon.
