I couldn't get my emails on the device
BIS is working fine for me on AT&T in Cleveland, Ohio.

St Louis region AT&T user here and I've been watching the weather all morning on my Berry.
Have 1 BES email and other BIS and not getting any email. Ubersocial and my RSS Reader are both unable to get updates also.
Most likely just an outage in your area due to a tower being down or upgraded. Contact AT&T CS and they'll let you know for sure.
