I have never ever dealt with a company so messed up. First they sell me a HTC tytn which could not even make calls ! now i have a 8310 (Nice phone ) complete with FREE 12 MONTH SAT NAV. well .... its only free if you pay extra for the Blackberry email service etc. Shame they did not mention this at the time.
IF it is free then it cannot be subject to conditions etc.
Also having spent a large amount of time in the middle east ect how come i could get a far superior reception than in LOndon??? i never ever get dropped calls etc in syria etc . this morning i could not get GPRS until i drove to another part of town.
