    digital river is such a joke. It seems like they ship out at random, instead of by who ordered first. I ordered my Z30 on the 24th and im still waiting for my tracking #. Blackberry needs to find a better third party for sales, anything is better than this crap!

    Ordered the 26th and still no shipping confirmation. I'm in Canada.

    It has been a very busy week with sales everywhere, delays are bound to happen, just gotta wait abit. New shipments arrived on the 29. I am sure they will be sending them out soon.

    I got the confirmation after a week saying it could take up to 5 days for it to ship. Then got my z30 the next day. Was debating on canceling my order but glad I didn't the z30 is awesome!!!

    Even if you wanted to cancel your order you couldn't :P They're sleazy like that...

    I'm sure everyone is familiar with my story by now. Ordered on the 24th still no tracking number, CS representative reading a Q-card saying it's processing and when I asked do you have a estimated time she only said: Sorry it's still in the warehouse. That's when I gave up on her and just hung up. I e-mailed them and they gave me the "5 day delay" e-mail and this is the 4th day of that "delay". Really not impressed since it'll be over two weeks on Monday.

    If I owned a warehouse I would of done the honors of caring the Blackberry devices in Canada and ship it out as fast as possible. I've worked in a warehouse before so I know how it goes.

    Placed an order on December 26. Received FedEx tracking on December 27 saying "Label Created". Today, December 31 still the same status, no move.

    Ordered 2 z30s on Christmas, two supposed to be shipped, but when I got the package, the documentation showed two, but only one phone was in the package. My credit card showed payment for two. Arrgh!

    Ordered the 29th in Toronto, still waiting for tracking from fed ex have received 2 emails from digital river, was hoping they'd come by Friday! We shall see!

    Well ordered mine and got it delivered exactly on the 3rd business day here in Toronto.

    Got order confirmation and shipment notice within 24 hours and FedEx was at my door on the 3rd day.

    Got my 4 devices (3-Z30 and 1-Q5), great service I must say.

    I received a shipping confirmation stating it was shipped the 27th. I JUST checked FedEx and according to the travel history the shipping INFORMATION was sent to FedEx the 27th but FedEx didn't receive the phone until the 30th -_-. As of today at 5 AM it's in Kennesaw, GA and the estimated delivery date is the 6th -_-.

    I was told between the 2nd and 5th, and I don't why it would take until the 6th when I'm in Florida.

    Still nothing. Ordered on the 28th, received confirmation e-mail shortly after and phone still hasn't shipped. I could have done better and saved the extra money I paid for faster shipping.

    I bought my phone on Dec 28 2014, received my purchase confirmation 2 days later I did send them an email asking what is holding them from shipping my phone and they told me that they ran out of stock, 2 days later I checked their website and it listed the white z30 as in stock, after many attempts and googling trying to find a way to call them I managed to find the number called them on Jan 5 2015 the rep guy told me I should have received my phone on the same day I phoned or at least shipping conformation, he puts me on hold checks with the warehouse get back and tells me they are out of stock so told him that I just checked the website and it says the item is available his answer was that the website needs to be updated, I did check the website on jan 6 and they did update it but for the price from 499 to 399 and its still showing the phone in stock, anyway the guy said I must expect to receive an email with the shipping info on Jan 7, so I asked the guy what if I didn't he simply answered we will refund our money, I explained to the guy that this is my very first blackberry experience despite the fact everybody I talked to is against getting a blackberry, but def digital river don't know how to provide a good customer service so is blackberry if they still want to exist in the smart phone market they need to reconsider their distributors, bcoz as a first time user I'm not happy with my experience so far...

    I think mines just shipped...ordered on 28th (Expedited shipping).

    Isn't it coming on Fedex? I just got an alert from them saying a package is arriving this week. Where does it ship from?

    Its coming from Brightpoint North America? HUH?

    FedEx Smartpost. Meaning they'll hand it to USPS to ship it out to you.
    In your case, since you paid for fast shipping. FedEx, themselves might ship the item instead of giving it to USPS.
