    After updating to the official 10.1 release, I started getting this message even though I've been using the original charger that came with the box.

    I've had that message pop up here and there on different os's using different chargers including the one it came with. I assume that it's a little tiny annoying bug that will go away in time as software is updated and pushed to us.

    I used to get a very similar pop up with older BlackBerry devices, but I've yet to see it on any of my BB10 devices.

    Hopefully it's just a bug.. I'm worried that it's seeing that my charger isn't original -- could be a reason why it's taking so long to charge

    I only get that message on an old rocket fish charger that I use in the car. It pops up when you are only getting a slow charge. Might want to replace the charger.

    I used to get that message until I switched to the rapid charger (the same charger that comes with the PlayBook). Haven't had that message since.

    I've been getting this message since the first day I received my Z10. I only use the official charger that came in the box but the message comes up anyway. A little annoying but not a real problem.

    I get it with my old car charger I used for my 9650 & 9930, but only when I'm running multiple apps. Maps, TuneIn , etc...

    Me and my wife are both on Verizon with OS 10.0.9. We get this from time to time regardless of the charger thats used.

    Yeah get this a lot. I'm using the standard charger that came with the phone in the house, and the iBolt charger in the car. I guess it gets confused..

    I started getting the message after the last os update. Oddly I only get it using the original charger that came with the phone. My car and home chargers, BlackBerry rapid chargers are fine.

    Nope and I am using a third party cradle docking charger. Not with my universal car charger either.

    Sister recently bought a q10. Used the stock charger of the q on my zed.

    Voila, no message. Guess this means I need to get a new zed charger huh.
