Wonder if anybody switched to Blackberry for *real keyboard* and ease of *messaging* (giving up on browser and apps, etc. so I am talking about iPhone/Android) -- but then switched back? Can you tell me why/what were your issues?

I just use both a BB and iPhone. If I feel like using one or the other each day, I
just switch the sim card. Simple as that.

Actually for me it was the other way around. I switched from a Blackberry to a HTC Hero then back to a Blackberry Tour. I feel that touchscreen phones are a little too delicate.

I did the same thing. It was a great decision to come back to BB. The Tour is a great device. I did like the Hero, but I was having some hardware and software issues that were getting in the way.
