You could look in the marketplace of the CB forums and find some deals or look on ebay. Both would be cheaper than bestbuy. You will have to get the phones unlocked then they will work on a gsm network.

Its the only way you will have any warranty or in-country support, and if you try to import privately from outside Europe you will get hit by Duty and VAT on your phone at full retail valuation.
A quick browse suggested you might be looking at published list prices around �250 with some kind of contract on Orange/Ro. No idea what monthly charges or allowances, I didn't go that far.
