I'm used to the iphone, and while I like my neW curve better. Scrolling up and down takes ages.

Try space to move down a screen, shift-space to move up a screen, T to go to the top and B to go to the bottom. I think these are the right keys for the 8310.

I have a 8703e and am having the same issues. I know I can use the spacebar to page down, but the shift spacebar isn't working. I have tried the alt spacebar, cap spacebar and sym spacebar combo nothing is working yet. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Not reading all posts so don't know if this has been said:

Get OperaMini, great browser and by trackballing left(or 2): scroll up. Trackball right(or 8): down.

It's in Options>Screen/Keyboard. Look for a heading that says Trackball.

If you are not in a text input field all of the shortcuts mentioned should work.

    hi dragoro,

I press and hold the ALT key while scrolling. That seems to scroll an entire page at a time in most screens.
