Any way to release PIN on BIS website?
I've sold my old BB and am trying to release my PIN on the BIS website. I cannot use the switch device option because I ended up going with a different carrier for my BB. I have deleted all my emails and everything looks back to normal but cannot release my PIN. Is my only option to call my carrier and get them to release it? I did a search and the only thing I found was to switch handsets option, but that is not an option. I found a thread that says you maybe able to type "0"'s in the PIN/IMEI but that did not work. Any options before I end up on hold for an hour with my old carrier. Thanks!
