    I was wondering if this is possible because I go to a carrier store and use the exact same BB and the one in the store seems to be a lot softer,less clicky and easier to press buttons. I hate the sound of mine. By the way I have a 9360

    Is the unit in the store a live BB device or a dummy display unit? A dummy unit might not be exactly the same for something as specific as keyboard resistance.

    The simple answer is... use it more!

    Ive had it for a year n a half. Its a little bit easier to press down but gets more clicky
