Any Browser suggestions?
I have had a BB Curve 8330 for a few weeks now and I love it except for the way my browser appears. I can only see lines and the headings of the web page. And it zooms in so close, so it is all or nothing. My boyfriend has a BB Pearl and you can read the lines on his browser. We both use Opera mini. My carrier is Verizon, his is ATT. I have tried suggestions about changing the font size and I can't seem to adjust it. I would like to at least be able to read something. It is the only gripe I have with my new toy. If anyone can help that would be great, internet searches haven't come up with many solutions. If you can tell me that is the way it is and going to be, then I can move on and start adding more fun apps. Thanks.

if you are on the newest os, which you should be;), go to your browser and hit menu>options>browser config and check all of the boxes. that should help the situation out a little:). if you arent using the latest OS, there are stickies in the 83xx forum that will have the latest OS for your device. the one you want is v4.5.0.138. follow all of the instructions to the T and make sure you have a good hour and a half to do the upgrade.

Going into the browser and go to options. Set it to column view. Then play with the fonts to get it how you like. Column view should do the trick. As for the real internet, I would recommend Bolt's Browser. To me it beats Opera, but others have a different opinion. Definitely worth a look though. Boltbrowser.com to download. Good luck.

Don't know if it helps but I changed my font size and style to the smallest possible (BB Alpha Sans, 7, plain) and I used the bberry browser 90% and use opera mini only when absolutely necessary...
