The company I work for recently purched bb 8310 for a lucky few. I bought a sandisk 4gb so I can have more stuff to play with. According to the sandisk site only the bb is only compatible w/ a 2g. I thought I read on here I use as much as an 8gb. Can anyone relieve me of my ignorance? Also will I be able to upgrade my os when 4.5 is released? Any help would be appreciated by my coworkers and myself.

I just read that the new 8310s work with 4GB no problem, and I know I've seen this question come up on the forums and a few folks here have happily attested that they've dropped these Sandisk MicroSDs into their phones with no problems. (Do a forum search to find some of those threads to read more!)

The 8310 should handle the 4 gig card. You will be able to upgrade to OS 4.5 when ever that happens.

I've been trying to send attachments with my sms with no luck. Is there a step I'm missing? I could send text and attachment with the free nokia that came with the plan. Any ideas??
