I work in a law office, and constantly have to sync my Curve 8330 with my desktop to keep the calendars up to date. It is a pain in the **** to have to click "accept" to advance the phone through each phase of the synchronization process. Is there any way around this? I know that there are potential conflicts that could come up...but I'd much rather deal with that than the constant hand holding I feel like I'm doing with my Blackberry.

BlackBerry sync defaults to "Notify me when conflicts occur".

In your case, I suspect "Outlook Wins" would be the correct setting for you.

Getting to the setting screen is a little tricky:

Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager with your BlackBerry attached.
Open Synchronize.
Select Syncronization link, left side of the screen.
Select Syncronization Button.
Highlight Calender.
Select Advanced... button.
Select Conflict resolution button.
Choose a resolution option.
Select OK button and exit.
