I've noticed that some Android applications or well "ports" that have been submitted to BlackBerry World are by some "developers" or people that aren't the owners of the apps or that's what I think... I've checked some in the play store and indeed there are not.

My question here is: it's that even legal? Or why BlackBerry allows that?

    Idk just wondering.

It's not really legal and as per the BlackBerry Vendor Portal agreements people shouldn't be doing it but they do.... until they get reported and ultimately have the app removed. Could BlackBerry do more to prevent it? Sure. But it's been happening for over two years now so I don't see it changing anytime soon.
