I finally got into my blackberry Q10 appstore and downloaded candy crush and candy crush soda but now I cant access amazon appstore, I cant remember my blackberry ID or password and candy crush immediately closes if I try to open it, any help please?

A bit confused about what you can't get into.

The Amazon App store only needs your Amazon account and password. Apps downloaded from that store only check against your Amazon account to work. They aren't tied to the BlackBerry ID.

Losing your BBID would keep you out of the phone itself if you did a security wipe, or reloaded the OS. Or, downloading paid apps from BlackBerry World.

Pretty sure those game will not work on an old Q10. Maybe move up to something more current for all your game.
